At Connex Expert, we strive to provide a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. This policy outlines the conditions under which you may cancel an order or request a refund.
1. Order Cancellation
a) Before Shipment:
- You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it or before it is shipped, whichever is earlier.

b) After Shipment:
- Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
- You may still initiate a return once the product is delivered, subject to our return policy.
2. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
- The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- A return request is made within 7 days of delivery.
- The item received is defective, damaged, or different from the product ordered.
We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions.
3. Refund Process
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days and automatically applied to your original method of payment.
- In case of COD (Cash on Delivery), refunds will be issued via bank transfer. Bank details will be collected via email or call.
4. Non-Refundable Items
Refunds are not provided for:
- Digital/downloadable products (if applicable)
- Items damaged due to misuse
- Sale or clearance items unless defective
5. Shipping Costs
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or damaged item).
- For approved returns, customers are responsible for return shipping unless stated otherwise.
