Cancellation and Refund

At Connex Expert, we strive to provide a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. This policy outlines the conditions under which you may cancel an order or request a refund.


1. Order Cancellation

a) Before Shipment:

  • You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it or before it is shipped, whichever is earlier.
  • To cancel, please email us at contact@connexexpert.in or call +91 7217609217 with your order details.

b) After Shipment:

  • Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
  • You may still initiate a return once the product is delivered, subject to our return policy.

2. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • A return request is made within 7 days of delivery.
  • The item received is defective, damaged, or different from the product ordered.

We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions.


3. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days and automatically applied to your original method of payment.
  • In case of COD (Cash on Delivery), refunds will be issued via bank transfer. Bank details will be collected via email or call.

4. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Digital/downloadable products (if applicable)
  • Items damaged due to misuse
  • Sale or clearance items unless defective

5. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or damaged item).
  • For approved returns, customers are responsible for return shipping unless stated otherwise.
